Sake brewing

Post by Big Al » Tue Oct 06, 2009 2:28 pm

As the topic of homebrew sake came up a few weeks ago, I thought I'd link this how-to that I came across

http://www.taylor-madeak.org/index.php/ ... lor-made-g

It's a really good guide to what is quite a complex process. We're coming up to a good time of year to do the fermentation (it likes to be done at around 10-13 degrees c).
